lululemon tasked us with designing and editing the materials for the company’s first-ever onboarding program for regional managers all over the world. Because these training materials will play a vital role within the larger organization, they need to be clear, visually beautiful resources that foster alignment and engagement within a crucial group of employees.

The Solution

Over the course of eight months in 2024, Sometime supported teams in Canada and the USA in creating a clear, concise training program for the company’s regional managers. After our copy team edited hundreds of pages of existing learning materials into a set of multi-channel assets that captured the brand’s distinct voice, our art department brought it to life by blending instructional-design principles with on-brand visuals to create a truly memorable learning experience for this key audience.
