How Sometime made yellow cedar sexy for an international audience.

FII: B.C. Wood Fact Sheet

To highlight the value and benefits of building with a specific species of B.C. wood previously unknown to a specific market, our task was to create digital content with messaging that not only aligned with the Crown corporation’s mandate—but also resonated with an international audience of furniture manufacturers, industry stakeholders, and the general public.

The Solution

To create specific content in support of this market’s emerging business needs, we conducted interviews and reviewed technical data and communications materials to ensure total accuracy. The end product involved contracting, directing, and managing the workflow of multiple external vendors.

The Impact

The fact sheet and all corresponding digital assets were released as a part of a campaign to support FII’s international business development efforts. The effort to introduce a new building material into this part of the world was deemed successful by the organization.
